artemYs Drills: See the Drill. Find the Balance

In every athlete’s performance cycle, there is a fine line between pushing limits and maintaining balance. With the Drills feature in artemYs, coaches and athletes can visualize how intensity unfolds across every session and turn raw data into clear, actionable insight.

How to Use the artemYs Drills

Navigate to Sessions – Review your list of completed practices and games. Select Created Drills – Identify sessions that you want to turn into drills, then review metrics and loads for each segment of the session. Analyze Drill Timeline – Examine each phase through every athlete’s timeline to reveal intensity spikes, balance issues, and emerging fatigue signals. Apply Insights – Optimize training load, rotation and recovery based on objective data.

Key Benefits for Coaches

Plan Smarter – Design each session using artemYs drill insights, set goals for the arranged session, and track them end-to-end while keeping load and intensity in balance. Compare Phases – Evaluate how different drills or game segments impact player performance. Monitor Evolution – Track individual and team progress across sessions to fine tune preparation. Customize Analysis – Select phases according to the arranged session and compare outcomes against the goals you set. Share Insights – Export detailed drill reports or complete session data for staff collaboration and review.

1. Starting at the Dashboard

Once you enter the Dashboard, you get a full view of your team’s status. You can see how many players are active, who is ready, and the overall workload of the group. Each metric provides instant context for daily readiness and helps guide adjustments before training even begins.

2. Navigating to Sessions

From the left panel, selecting Sessions gives access to the full training and match history log. Here, you can check the date, the type of session (Practice or Game), and the processing status. It is the control center where all your data begins to take shape.

3. Identifying Created Drills

Inside the Sessions log, each entry includes a Drills column. When you see the label Created, it means you have defined the drill segments for that session. By selecting it, you can review the drills you set up according to your arranged plan and analyze load, intensity and outcomes for each segment exactly as intended for the training.

4. Visualizing Performance with Drill Timeline

Opening a created drill reveals detailed timeline analytics for every player. Each blue segment represents a distinct phase of play, for example 5v5 or Cool Down. The timeline helps identify performance patterns, which players sustain intensity, who shows drop offs and how training flow evolves over time.

Turning Data into Meaningful Action

The power of artemYs lies in its simplicity. It transforms complex sensor data into visual clarity. From the moment a session starts to the detailed review of each phase, you gain full control of performance analysis and session balance. Whether for daily monitoring or long-term adaptation planning, every drill now has purpose, context and measurable value.
